FREDIE stands for Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement, and it is the backbone of a truly inclusive culture.

Our ‘FREDIE – The Basics’ course provides an introduction to good FREDIE practices in the workplace, and is a great way to ensure all of your staff are up to speed with the Equality Act 2010 and how it is relevant to them.

This course includes an analysis of real-life workplace scenarios and our interpretation of how to deal with them in relation to the FREDIE framework.

Learning outcomes:

  • Learn how the Equality Act 2010 affects how you work, lead and manage people.
  • Provide you with some dos and don’ts for good FREDIE practice.
