YouthLink Scotland champions the value of the youth work sector, challenging government at national and local levels to invest in the development of the sector.

The Aims:

We undertook this award as part of YouthLink Scotland’s ongoing commitment towards maintaining and developing a working environment that is welcoming to people from all backgrounds and abilities. Becoming a truly diverse and inclusive workspace is an ongoing challenge and taking part in this tells us what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
