This training course will help attendees to recognise and better understand mental health issues. This will allow you to offer support to colleagues who may be struggling, and to encourage positive mental health in the workplace.

The course will cover a range of topics, including the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, how to talk to someone who may be struggling with a mental health issue and how to create a supportive environment in the workplace.
