Investors in Diversity for Small Charities is an (EDI) framework designed to help small charities review their current approaches and plan further development. This accreditation enables you to conduct a culture/equality impact assessment, identify any gaps and gives you prestigious recognition for good performance.
Investors in Diversity for Small Charities is specifically designed for the needs of Charities wanting to improve their EDI credentials.
A diagnostic survey is sent out to your internal and external shareholders. The National Centre for Diversity team will monitor response rate and provide you with regular updates.
The results of the diagnostic surveys are analysed by our dedicated assessors at the National Centre for Diversity, who measure the data against the Investors in Diversity for Small Charities standards.
If successful, your organisation will achieve Investors in Diversity for Small Charities, which is valid for two years.
We guarantee that as long as your organisation owns, leads and delivers on the agenda and follows the guidance of your Advisor, you will achieve one or more of the following outcomes:
We realise the journey to creating a fair and equitable workplace isn’t a walk in the park – so our customer support team are here to answer all your questions, explain the process and discuss how our services can be tailored to meet your needs.

But don’t take out word for it…
