A message from our CEO, Solat Chaudhry about the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 outbreak:
We at the National Centre for Diversity want to reassure you that we are continuing to work with organisations and support their work around Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement. In the current situation it is more important than ever that we maintain good practice around FREDIE to support all our colleagues, customers and service users.
We are following government guidelines and have introduced a variety of measures to ensure that we can continue to deliver a quality service to all our customers, in a way which minimises the impact on public health.
Our central staff are now working from home where possible, and our Advisors and trainers are able to provide support via the phone, email and tele-conferencing facilities and we have a variety of online training options available.
We are doing everything we can to ensure that we are able to continue to support your organisation and employees during these unprecedented times and we understand that these are particularly challenging circumstances which we will all navigate together with everyone’s health, wellbeing and requirements in mind.
You can reach our team via email, phone and our website, should you have questions, queries or concerns.
Please feel free to contact us at admin@iiduk.org or 0113 388 0145 – we will get through this together.
Best wishes,
Solat Chaudhry,
CEO
