Viewpoint employees in Scotland are proud to have achieved Stage 2 in their Investors in Diversity journey.
Viewpoint has 3 care homes and sheltered housing across Edinburgh and Fife in Scotland and has approximately 260 employees.
Solat Chaudhry, Chief Executive of The National Centre for Diversity, commented “We are delighted that Viewpoint have achieved the Investors in Diversity Award at Stage 2, and would like to extend our congratulations to their leaders, staff and learners on their success to date.
By engaging wholeheartedly with the Investors in Diversity programme, they have demonstrated a real and tangible commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and to continuous improvement in this area.

Viewpoint will continue to work with Investors in Diversity with their Assessor Bruce Waller and are now aiming for Leaders in Diversity status.
