We proudly unveil our much-anticipated Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index for 2024, celebrating organisations across the UK that have shown outstanding commitment to Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE). This annual list recognises organisations that have taken strong steps to embed inclusive practices into the core of their operations and culture.

The Top 100 Index, highlights employers across various sectors, including construction, further education, charities, and public service. The rankings are based on employee feedback from organisations that work towards the NCFD’s Investors in Diversity standard. An independent algorithm processes all data points and is used to benchmark the organisations and compile the Index.

GRAHAM has taken the No. 1 spot this year as Organisation of the Year. Since first achieving Investors in Diversity in 2022, GRAHAM has consistently demonstrated outstanding commitment to fostering an open and inclusive culture, with concrete steps to address gender inequality as they work to close the gap for women in construction and STEM.

Solat Chaudhry, CEO of the National Centre for Diversity, emphasised the importance of these recognitions. “The inspiring organisations that make the Top 100, demonstrate excellent levels of employee retention and recruitment and clearly demonstrate how they value and respect the people that work for them.

What better than to be recognised by peers and those travelling in the same direction towards the common goal of Fairness in the workplace. It is hugely motivational.”
