…climb up the ladders, avoid the pitfalls, break through the glass ceilings, and jump over the barricades to get to the top of the greasy pole!
That is exactly what 100 of the best organisations from across the UK, have done in the last 12 months.
Yes, it’s that time of year when we have to draft a list of who is in the National Centre for Diversity Top 100 Index. It’s not easy to break into the Top 100 – lots and lots of organisations won’t make it into what we believe is the toughest club to break into.
You can’t do it through patronage. All the money in the world wouldn’t get you in. You can’t fix the system. This is one honour you have to earn.
If you are a funder; a commissioning manager, an awarder of contracts or a talented job hunter, rest assured that any one of these 100 organisations is highly recommended as an employer by the National Centre for Diversity. They are all organisations that we have worked with, so we know them well.
We’re not saying they never have any HR issues, as we all do at some stage or other. What we are saying, is that they have committed themselves to a challenging process of improvement and external scrutiny, and if they are in the Top 100 Index then they are pretty darn good!
The big reveal will be happening on the evening of the 16th March at the Queens Hotel at our Grand Awards 2017 Ceremony.
Tickets are going fast. Lots of people missed out last year – don’t miss out this year!
