Background:

Clarke Telecom is a leading provider of network rollout services, specialising in the design, deployment, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure across the UK. With a history spanning over two decades, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions to mobile network operators.

The Aims:

We undertook the Investors in Diversity journey to gain a clearer understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) best practices and to ensure these values are embedded across all levels of our business. Our primary aim was to create a more inclusive culture, where every team member feels valued, respected, and able to contribute fully. We also wanted to enhance our policies and procedures to reflect our commitment to diversity and to meet the expectations of our clients, partners, and the communities we serve.
