Investors in Diversity for Schools helps you to assess the embedding of EDI in the classroom, in line with Ofsted requirements. This accreditation helps you to identify your strengths as well as areas for development and provides you with an in-built training-needs analysis and NCFD verified report.
Investors in Diversity for Schools is specially tailored to factor in OFSTED requirements for EDI.
A diagnostic survey is sent out to your internal and external shareholders. The National Centre for Diversity team will monitor response rate and provide you with regular updates.
The results of the diagnostic surveys are analysed by our dedicated assessors at the National Centre for Diversity, who measure the data against the Investors in Diversity for Schools standards.
If successful, your organisation will achieve Investors in Diversity for Schools, which is valid for two years.
