This course provides an understanding of nine of the world’s most prominent religions and gives advice on how to accommodate employees who practise these religions in the workplace. The religions covered are the Bahá’í faith, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Paganism, Rastafarianism and Sikhism.
The aim of this course is to enhance your knowledge of religious diversity and to give you some practical tips to promote mutual understanding and inclusion of your religious colleagues.
