This course provides participants with an understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) communities in the workplace. Despite the progress that has been made in recent years, there is still stigma and discrimination for those who identify as LGBTQ+ in society and in the workplace.
