Understand and support what it means to be LGBTQ+ in the modern workplace

This course provides participants with an understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) communities in the workplace. Despite the progress that has been made in recent years, there is still stigma and discrimination for those who identify as LGBTQ+ in society and in the workplace.

The LGBTQ+ community is diverse, and there is no single experience of being LGBTQ+ in the workplace. However, there are some common challenges that LGBTQ+ employees face.

We explore a number of things that employers can do to create a more inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees and working towards creating a more inclusive workplace workplace where everyone can thrive.
